Child Health Plan Plus

A new program is available for employees of the Denver Health and Hospital Authority (only) to help qualified families to pay for their health plan that is offered at work. If you qualify, CHP+ at Work will send you up to $100 a month for each of your children who are qualified who are enrolled in your employer's health plan.

Your family may qualify if your children:

• live in Colorado
• are under the age of 19
• are citizens of the U.S. or in an accepted immigration group
• have no other health insurance
• meet CHP+ income limits; and
• choose a health plan at work
